Ozzsound Mobile Music is operated by Darren Leslie Archer, an individual/sole trader. ABN 33 235 488 201.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry, checking a date or using an event-planning tool does not by itself create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when Ozzsound provides confirmation and any requirements stated in the applicable quote or booking agreement have been met.
Quotes, pricing and payment
Pricing, inclusions, payment timing and any deposit requirements will be stated in the quote or booking agreement provided for the event. Where those specific terms differ from this general page, the accepted quote or booking agreement applies to that booking, subject to applicable law.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an event, contact Ozzsound as soon as possible. Any cancellation, rescheduling, deposit or refund conditions applying to a booking will be those disclosed in the applicable quote or booking agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate event, venue, access, timing and contact information and tell Ozzsound about venue rules or other requirements that may affect safe setup or delivery of the service. Where equipment or effects require organiser approval, Ozzsound may decline to use them if suitability or safety has not been confirmed.
Gear hire
Availability, collection or delivery arrangements, hire period, care requirements, loss or damage responsibilities and any other hire-specific conditions will be provided with the relevant quote or hire agreement before a hire is confirmed.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing on this website is intended to exclude, restrict or modify consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Remedies depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
Website information
Ozzsound aims to keep website information accurate and current, but availability, equipment, event options and other details may change. Planning tools, availability indicators and virtual setup features are indicative and do not replace written booking confirmation or final event planning.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material or upload content you do not have authority to provide.
