Our approach
Ozzsound takes reasonable steps to protect information handled through its website and business systems. We use reputable service providers for functions such as hosting, database and file storage, and email delivery.
No absolute guarantee
No website, internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Ozzsound therefore avoids making absolute security claims and asks customers not to submit information that is unnecessary for their enquiry or event.
Uploads
Only upload files relevant to your event and that you are authorised to provide. Do not upload passwords, identity documents, payment-card details, medical records or other highly sensitive information unless Ozzsound has specifically requested it through an appropriate process.
Responsible reporting
If you believe you have found a security or privacy issue affecting the Ozzsound website, please report it privately to ozzsound@hotmail.com. Please do not exploit the issue, access other people's information or publicly disclose sensitive details while it is being investigated.
